Cricket volunteer Blue Card audit 2020

Dear all,


As we get closer to the beginning of another season of cricket, I would like to get Blue Cards sorted prior to the start of the season to prevent any disruption.  Blue Card validity and linking to our club is essential for all active roles from committee members to coaches (even on a casual basis).  In addition, any volunteer who is assisting informally with teams in any way (managers, scorers) and who is NOT a parent of a player in that team requires a valid Blue Card.


As such, I would appreciate if you are considering being involved again for the upcoming season, that you scan and send your current Blue Card copy (signature side only) to me along with the attached "Link an applicant" form as soon as possible.   


If you do not have a valid Blue Card  please complete and return the attached "Blue Card application" form.  Please note that you must also scan and return JP witnessed/stamped copies of the two identification documents you select in Part E.  You can find your local JP here: https://bit.ly/2vVjn2a


I hope to hear from you all soon so that the Blue Cards are all ready to go prior to the first match. Please note you cannot be granted access to the My Cricket Admin site until the appropriate form is returned as above.
