Background information... Starting in April 2018 Sea Eagles Cricket (SEC) embarked on its first overseas cricket tour to Hyderabad, India. The concept originated from our discussions with Mr Gurinder Singh from CrickTrick where we envisaged providing opportunities for players to experience cricket away from their home country whilst also experiencing different cultures.

Based around the Easter School Holidays in April SEC was dedicated to providing an opportunity to interested and talented cricketers to be involved in what we deem to be the Cricket Trip of a Lifetime! Whilst the tour was directed at the serious youth cricketer SEC continue its holistic approach to cricket pathway development by providing the cricketer with both playing and community development.

SEC aims to enrich our cricketers with an investment in their life skills and we strongly believe that an opportunity to experience the wonderful Indian culture assists the cricketer to do exactly this.

The tour was a fantastic success with opportunities to play on First Class venues against under age state level cricketers, be coached by some of the best coaches in India, stay in a 5 Star Hotel, visit many of the local sights and witness an IPL cricket match. As such SEC created our Tours Portfolio and are planning our future tours to provide a similar experience as the above to many more young cricketers from our country.
