2021/22 Jodie Field Shield Information (2nd grade)

Wynnum Manly Cricket Club welcomes all new and returning female players. We look forward to developing and increasing the numbers of girls being involvedin our female Cricket program.
There are two parts to the season with a T20 competition and a One Day competition. You can participate in either one or both. You do not have to be available for every game every week, we just want to see people participate and enjoy themselves when they can.

Summer training days and times
Monday 5:30-7:30pm
Wednesdays 5:30-7:30pm
You do not need to attend every training session, but it is recommended that you do.

What do I wear?
At training you can wear whatever feels comfortable but at matches you will need to wear an official uniform. The good news is that in this competition you don't have to wear white. Also, your uniform is completely FREE!

Where do I have to go?
All home games are played at Boundary Road, Tingalpa 4173. Away games will be held in the local area, so you don't have to drive too far. There is plenty of parking available.

Do I need to bring any equipment?
If you have your own cricket gear - great - you can use that. If you don't that is not an issue we have two club kits for you to use. We provide everything - bats, balls, stumps, pads, gloves, helmets. The only thing you mustprovide your own is a personal protector (if you wish to wear one and we have some of those available to give you)
